HostRooster Password Reset Guide for Hosts and Guests

Here's a step-by-step guide to resetting your password on, whether you're a host or a guest. Follow these simple bullet points to get back to your account.

For Hosts and Guests:

  1. Visit

    • Open your preferred internet browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
    • Type "" into the address bar and press Enter.
  2. Access the Sign-In Page:

    • Look for the "Sign In" button in the top right-hand corner of the website.
    • Click on it; it's represented by a person icon next to the text "Sign In."
  3. Reset Your Password:

    • In the pop-up box, you'll see "Sign In" or "Create an Account."
    • Focus on resetting your password, so scroll down and find the "Lost Your Password?" link at the bottom.
  4. Enter Your Email:

    • Click on "Lost Your Password?"
    • A new pop-up will appear, asking for your email address.
    • Enter the email address associated with your HostRooster account.
  5. Request Password Reset:

    • After entering your email, press the "Reset Password" button.
    • A green message will appear, confirming your action and prompting you to check your email for further instructions.
  6. Check Your Email:

    • Go to your email inbox (the one you used to register on HostRooster).
    • Open the email titled "Password Reset Request."
    • The email will greet you and mention your username.
    • It will explain that someone has requested a new password for your HostRooster account.
