How to Export a Calendar from HostRooster:
Go to your listings on HostRooster by visiting https://hostrooster.com/my-account/listings/.
Click on the Calendar icon of the listing you want to sync.
Under the heading "Export iCal feed URL," copy the URL provided.
To Import HostRooster Calendar into Airbnb:
Go to Airbnb and access the Calendar section for the listing you want to sync.
Look for the panel on the right side or click on "Settings" to find your pricing and availability settings.
Within the Availability settings, select "Calendar sync."
Click on "Import calendar" to begin the synchronization process.
From your HostRooster account, copy the calendar URL.
Paste the copied URL from HostRooster into the calendar address field on Airbnb. Ensure that the external calendar address URL (iCal link) ends with ".ICS."
Give a name to the calendar you are importing for easy reference.
