HostRooster hosts are not permitted to enter a property unannounced. If a host needs to access the rental property for any valid reason, they are required to communicate with the guests in advance. Hosts must provide clear notification of their intent to enter and give guests a reasonable amount of time to prepare for the host's arrival. This policy is in place to safeguard the privacy and comfort of all guests and maintain respectful communication between hosts and guests.
